By connecting Loop and Peoplevox WMS, merchants can have both systems communicate and remain up-to-date automatically with zero manual effort.
Returns in Loop automatically create RMAs in Peoplevox WMS to provide you with visibility on incoming items and the information you need to process returns efficiently.
The return status in Loop is also then automatically updated (as well as the automation to Shopify) when the RMA is 'flagged for review', or 'processed' by your warehouse operator.
