Oracle NetSuite and Loop
Loop's app for NetSuite automatically creates RMAs in NetSuite based on Open state returns in Loop, export Return Receipts from NetSuite to Loop, and creates item receipts, cash refunds or credit memos based on refund transactions in Loop. Do you use Instant Exchanges and Shop Now? No problem, this integration app supports this functionality out of the box. This integration (connector) covers all major use-cases. However, it can also be customized to fit your business needs. Our official partnership with Nova Module helps us enhance the integration when new Loop functionality is available.
Use cases
- Accurately track return outcomes
As customers are incentivized to exchange their purchases more often than requesting a refund, automate the import of Return Material Authorizations (RMA) into NetSuite to accurately reflect the customer choice of return, export Item Receipt Records from NetSuite to trigger refunds in Loop, and import the processed refund from Loop to create a cash refund of credit memo in NetSuite.
