About Arrive

Arrive helps merchants resell non-salable returns through a fully-managed resale channel enabling them to earn revenue, acquire new customers, and drive sustainability. The Arrive Platform powers the technology to list the products on a fully-branded resale storefront along with a suite of analytics to measure performance. Arrive’s operational back-end facilitates the identification, refurbishment, grading, and management of the order’s fulfillment to the end customer. Arrive also powers North American-based customer support and provides merchant's with a dedicated success team to launch, optimize, and grow their resale channels.

Arrive and Loop

By connecting Loop and Arrive, merchants can automatically route certain returns, based on damaged input or product type, to Arrive instead of having the items come to a merchant’s 3PL/warehouse first. This connection saves merchants money on shipping costs, and removes a point of manual inspection at the 3PL/warehouse.

Use cases

  • Merchant & Product Criteria

Merchants that find the most success with Arrive have a minimum of $10M total annual ecommerce revenue with products starting at $40 MSRP. Arrive can support nearly any product category and has worked with apparel, footwear, outdoor gear, home goods, etc. Arrive does not recommend intimates, electronics, or large items that are not easily shippable (i.e. tables, kayaks, bicycles).

  • Non-Salable Returns

Arrive can help merchants resell products returned from customers that can’t be restocked as new because of issues like a thread snag, deodorant, perfume, or small dent.

  • Excess Inventory

Arrive can help merchants resell products that have not yet been sold and that exceeds the projected consumer demand for that product because of issues like over-buying, inaccurate projections, canceled orders, state of economy, unforeseen weather changes, unpredictable consumer demand or late or early delivery of goods.

  • Past-Season Products

Arrive can help merchants resell products produced that were to be sold at a specific selling period that has passed, but did not end up selling.

  • Manufacturer Defects

Arrive can help merchants resell products with accidental errors during either the design or production of the product, causing it to not work or look as intended.

  • Demo Products

Arrive can help merchants resell products used to demonstrate look, feel, fit, and functionality to potential customers. Many times this product is used in showrooms and retail stores, but can also include manufacturer samples.
